Smokey cauliflower burgers with tzatziki

Makes 2 serves


1 pack WILDLY GOOD SMOKEY CAULIFLOWER BURGERS in Smokey Cauliflower flavour
2 wholegrain burger buns
1 tomato
1 red onion
Kale leaves 
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

For the sauce:
1/2 cucumber, shredded
150g plant-based yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dried dill 
Pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side until they heat through.

  2. To assemble burgers cut the buns in half. 

  3. Layer with kale, tzatziki, smokey cauliflower burger patty and then top with tomato and onion. Serve and enjoy.
