1 pack WILDLY GOOD SMOKEY CAULIFLOWER BURGERS
2 multigrain buns, cut in half
Fresh kale or your favourite leafy greens
Red onion, sliced
Purple cabbage, sliced
Vegan peri peri sauce
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
1.Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium heat. Add the smokey cauliflower burger patties.
2.Cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side, until they start to turn a golden brown.
3.Assemble the buns by adding the greens, burger patties, peri peri sauce, cabbage and onion. Serve and enjoy.
