Kimchi style sweet potato burgers

Makes 2 Serves


1 pack Wildly Good burgers in Kimchi style Sweet Potato flavour
2 wholegrain burger buns
1 medium tomato, sliced
Handful fresh iceberg lettuce
Red onion, thinly sliced
Vegan aioli to serve
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil for cooking


  1. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat. Place both burger patties in the pan.

  2. Cook for approx. 4 minutes per side, until they start to turn golden.

  3. Prepare burgers by slicing the wholegrain buns and lightly toast.

  4. Assemble burgers by adding the iceberg lettuce, burger patty, red onion and slice of tomato.

  5. Drizzle with aioli sauce, top with the other half of the bun and serve.

You can also make the sauce by combining 1/3 cups vegan mayonnaise with 1 tsp dijon mustard.
