falafel wraps

Makes 3 serves


1 pack Wildly Good Falafel bites
3 x round pita bread
1 red onion, thinly sliced
90g cherry tomatoes, chopped
Handful leafy greens, We used baby spinach
Hummus to serve


  1. Cook the falafel bites in a pan for 1 minute until heated through, or you could heat them in the microwave.
  2. To prepare, heat the pita bread in the microwave so its soft and fluffy.
  3. Assemble by adding spinach, falafel bites, sliced onion and tomato.
  4. Serve with a dollop of hummus and a squeeze of lemon juice.
